A note from our CEO
As the internet began to reshape industries, most finance software providers stuck to desktop solutions and focused only on large enterprises, leaving smaller, mid-sized businesses overcharged and underserved. That didn’t sit right with us. We knew there had to be a better way.
So, Colin and I teamed up with our friend Andrei Zykov, who is now Chief Technical Officer at Aqilla, to form our dream team, and in 2006, we launched Aqilla to become one of the pioneers of cloud-native accounting in the UK. Our goal was simple — to make finance software accessible to everyone, on demand.
Fast forward 20+ years, and we’re proud to be a trusted cloud-native software provider for companies across industries – from ambitious start-ups to established mid-sized businesses.
